  1. We are currently only accepting 1 group at a time with a maximum of 3 people per group – if the door is locked, it means we are currently with another group and ask you to wait until they have left to tour the homes/presentation center.
  2. Upon entry, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided
  3. We will be asking all guests a series of questions to ensure they able to tour the home safely
  4. We welcome you but we will not shake your hand and ask for you to keep a safe distance while on site
  5. If you have been travelling we ask that you confirm you have completed the 14 days self-isolation prior to visiting us
  6. If you are feeling or start to feel any flu-like symptoms we ask you to stay home until they no longer have any symptoms and rebook your appointment with us! if we notice you are displaying any of the below symptoms we will ask you to leave and reschedule at a later date.
    • fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat
